What if I don't see any data displayed on the Screening Dashboard?

If you've just purchased or initiated your first background check, your data will appear the following day. The data that is used to create the widgets displayed on the Screening Dashboard are refreshed every 24 hours at night.

If it has been more than 24 hours since your first background check, please reach out to one of our agents via chat or through our support center so that we can look into it further.
