If a County Criminal Record is currently processing, you may notice that there are two different dates listed for an ETA.
ETA Clear - This is the estimated date that we will receive a complete report if returns without records or hits.
ETA Hit - If the report returns with criminal records, we may need to verify information with the county clerk before it is included in the report as it may be result in possible adverse action.
