Table of Statuses
Important: This table maps out the Screen background check status with its corresponding webhook status, so you can know if you are able to withdraw a background check from the Actions drop-down menu or not. That will depend on the profile status.
Steps to Withdraw
Step 1: Navigate through Partner's Dashboard > Screen, and paste the Turn ID, Name, or Email of the applicant you would like to withdraw in the search bar. Once the report comes up, open it.
Step 2: Once the profile is open, please click on Actions and select "Withdraw"
This can only apply with the statuses listed as YES (please refer to the table above)
PRO TIP: In case you want to filter your applicants by status, please go to Partner's Dashboard > Screen and click on the filter icon to see the full list of Statuses
