What information will I need to provide?

In order for Turn to provide a complete and accurate background check, we will need you to submit some personally identifiable information (PII). 

This will include your:

• Full name
• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Social Security Number (SSN)
• ZIP Code
• Email
• Phone Number

The company that requested the background check, may require us to collect additional information for particular roles. For instance, if the job requires you to drive, we will likely collect your driver's license number so that a Motor Vehicle Report can be obtained as part of the background check. Other roles may require details regarding your employment or educational history.
