Who is going to contact an applicant when they are rejected?

When the Adverse Action process is complete, Turn's Compliance Team will communicate the decision to the applicant via email. This is called the Adverse Action Notification and it will inform the applicant that the company is unable to offer employment at this time. It will also notify the applicant that the decision was based in whole or in part on information contained in the consumer report that was prepared by Turn Technologies.


In addition to the notification, we will also provide a PDF that includes a summary of their rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
